ABOUT THE CoP
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join the Community of Practice?
Sign up here for a 1:1 with our team. If you plan on having a few people in your organization participate, please have as many of those folks as possible so that we can understand the full scope of your priorities.
What if I don't have HubSpot yet?
No problem. Join us and if you decide to take the leap we can help.
What if I’ve been using HubSpot forever? Should I still join?
Yes! We will deliberately have a variety of experience levels so you will be connected to others with similar HubSpot experience and have access to expertise that will help you grow your HubSpot effectiveness and usage.
What if I use another CRM (Salesforce, etc?) Is this CoP for me?
You are absolutely welcome to join. While the topics we cover will be overwhelmingly focused on HubSpot there will be some crossover and discussion of more strategic issues. However, we will not be able to support other platforms in our direct consulting hours.
How many people can join from a network?
As many as you want - but direct consulting hours will need to be shared across your network. Anyone who will be involved from your network should join the initial 1:1 call.
Who from my network should be involved?
This will be largely focused on student recruitment and HubSpot, so the people that work in those areas are highly encouraged to participate. Often the team charged with student recruitment will be a combination of people from Marketing and Operations, or from a dedicated Student Recruitment & Enrollment team. However, if your network is using or planning to use HubSpot in other ways (advocacy, staff recruitment, internal communications, etc) there will also be applicable lessons so feel free to include people across other departments.
What is the expected time commitment?
10 - 20 hours over the year
Is there homework?
There will be no required homework, but networks are encouraged to come to each meeting or webinar prepared with questions and examples in order to get the most out of the COP for your network.
Is there a financial commitment for my network?
No. This is offered at no cost to the CSGF portfolio of schools.
What if I can’t attend one or more of the webinars?
All webinars will be recorded and the recordings will be available to all participants.
Who is Education Inbound?
Education Inbound has partnered with CSGF to facilitate this Community of Practice. We offer a range of services to help CSGF’s charter networks implement HubSpot, excel in student recruitment and overall marketing. For a list of our standard services, see here.
